Hello, I am your local Pennsylvania State Constable elected by the voters of Brownstown Borough in Cambria County Pennsylvania.
My primary service area's consist of: Cambria, Somerset, Indiana and Westmoreland Counties. Centrally based in Johnstown, PA with local, county and state wide coverage also available.
I am certified by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency as an ACT 49 State Constable.

What is a Constable
Constables are sworn law enforcement officers with the authority to arrest by warrant anywhere in the State of Pennsylvania, and to conduct warrant-less arrests for felonies and breaches of the peace committed in their presence, including warrant-less arrests for felony violations of drug laws.
Constables belong to the executive branch of government. They can perform services for the Pennsylvania Magisterial courts by serving judicial process, writs, and effectuate arrest warrants. Constables may also provide Peacekeeping services for public or private functions that may require a uniformed or plain-clothed law enforcement presence.
